Our current destination-country list covers the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. Other countries are not enabled for delivery.
A country being listed does not guarantee a delivery service for every address. An order can proceed only when checkout offers an available delivery option for your address.
Shipping options and charges
Check the delivery option and its charge at checkout before placing an order. Product prices are in USD; review the currency and final total shown at checkout. We do not promise a flat rate, free-shipping threshold or carrier on this page.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Any delivery timing displayed for an order is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Dispatch, customs processing, local holidays and carrier disruptions may affect arrival. Where tracking is available for your shipment, details can be provided with the dispatch information.
International taxes and customs
Import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges may apply depending on the destination. Check whether these are collected at checkout. If they are not collected there, they may be assessed on arrival. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
